RETURN POLICY

1. We accept returns only if there is a manufacturing defect in the saree. There will be NO return or exchange on the basis of your dislike, or/and color issue of the product. As all pictures are taken in natural day light they might appear different.
2. Please initiate returns by visiting our RETURN CENTER within 2 days (48 hours). Return requests will not be accepted through any other medium like Facebook / Instagram chat/ WhatsApp chat or phone call.
3. Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments, etc.
4. Exchange is applicable only in case of any manufacturing defect.
5. For COD, we refund the amount through NEFT minus Rs.150/-(adjusted towards shipping & re-stocking charges) per product within 2-3 business days from the date/time it’s delivered to OUR PLACE.
6. The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges
8. Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product.

REFUND POLICY

WE PROVIDE REFUNDS IN THE FORM OF MONEY UNLIKE OTHER WEBSITES WHO GIVE STORE CREDITS. FOR PREPAID ORDERS WE PROCESS REFUND TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD AND FOR COD WE PROCESS REFUND TO BANK ACCOUNT.

REFUND PROCESSING FEE FOR PREPAID ORDERS:

We process refunds as soon as we receive customer refund request and we provide instant fund transfer, so that you can receive your payment instantly, no need to wait for 5-7 working days to receive amount in your bank detail and for that we charge minimal fee on each refund.

• We will refund amount after deducting the processing fee which may vary based upon your payment method.

PRODUCT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN IF:

1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product or is not in the original condition.
2. If the saree is customized with saree fall and edging.
3. If the Return or Exchange is requested after 2 days of receiving the shipment.
4. On the basis of liking/disliking
5. Multiple returns from the same customer. Ex – customers that order 3+ products within a month, only up to 20% of the total order value can be returned or exchanged.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly do so within 4 hours of placing the order, after that we will start the process of saree fall and edging if chosen or will start the packaging to dispatch the product. Send email to support@mejaaz.com for cancellation of the order, with the order number/ID.
2. If you cancel your order within 4 hours, we will refund you the entire amount ASAP.

CANCELLATION BY MEJAAZ:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and can be cancelled. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include but are not limited to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Mejaaz and accept Mejaaz’s decision regarding the cancellation.

3. The customer will be responsible for sending the product back to the given address printed on the invoice.
4. Exchange is applicable only in case of any manufacturing defect.
5. Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments, etc.
6. Once we receive the product a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you send it back to us.
8. Custom/import duty to be borne by the customer

REFUND POLICY 

1. The amount refunded to you would be only for the product. Shipping charges are non refundable.
2. We process refunds as soon as we receive customer refund request. We will refund the amount with 5% deduction from the whole amount as there will be PayPal transaction fees charged.
3. If the import duty is not paid by the customer the product will be destroyed/abandoned by the custom department and the refund will not be given for that particular order.
